When it comes to initiatives around food loss, waste conversion, recycling, reforestation, clean energy, health, or community agriculture, young Scots have specific views, ideas and aspirations for shaping the kind of future they want. They are also uniquely positioned to mobilize one another in the face of eco-anxiety or climate apathy. So, what is the young Scottish generation doing that leaders at COP26 might be overlooking? What can their local approaches bring to the global policy tables? What are these unique methods of engagement, and how can they help solve Scotland’s industry problems?
